Grape : Grenache Blanc 60%, Roussanne 20%, 5% Bourboulenc, 5% Marsanne, 5% Viognier, 5% Clairette

 

Alcohol content : 14%

Suitable for storage up to 5 years (until 2025)

Serve at 11-13 °

 

Land : The grapes are harvested from the village of Visan in the Southern Rhône on limestone soil.

 

Winemaking : development for 6 months in concrete tanks.

 

Aroma : Aromas of white fruit and citrus.

Taste : Strong fresh taste, good intensity and pleasant minerality.

 

Food : aperitif, starters, cold cuts, fish, shellfish, white meat, poultry, cheese.

 

Food recommendation: flounder squid rings and octopus salad. Flounder, boiled potatoes, butter, dill and lemon could also be used.
