Grape: 76% Cabernet Sauvignon, 6% Cabernet Franc, 5% Merlot, 4% Petit Verdot, 3% Pinot Noir,2% Malbec, 4% less used grapes: Nebbiolo, Barbera, Dolcetto, Montepulciano (Italy), Armigne (Switzerland), Arenie, Areni Noir (Armenia), Bastardo, Souzon (Portugal), Saperavi (Russia), Tchkaveri, Tchekavesi (Georgia), Brancalleo (Galicia), Carmenere, Abouriou (an old French grape variety) and Plavac Mali (Croatia).

Production: Hand picking. 12 to 15 months in oak barrels

Soil: former glacial bed of red rocks

Alcohol: 13%

Food: Suitable with well-prepared roast meat and cheeses. Wild boar roast.

Serving temperature: 17°C and 18°C.

Before serving, it should be decanted and left to stand for 3-4 hours.
